The Site is intended to be used by patients, professional health care providers and medical device distributors, although of course it is easily accessible to others on a read only basis. If you are a patient, professional health care provider or would simply like to learn more about Cystistat, you can interact with us using the ‘Contact Us’ function to speak to us by email. We would then get in contact with you using the contact details you provide.

If you are a distributor, the Site allows you to interact with us via a restricted access distributor portal.

If you want to use these services, you will need to provide us with some additional personal information so that we can liaise with you in order to deal with your request or query, or your purchase (made otherwise than through the Site). If you do choose to provide us with your personal information, we will collect that information for our own use and for the purposes described in this Policy.

Please do not input any sensitive personal data such as (if you are a patient/consumer) details of your symptoms and/or any pre-existing medical conditions, or (if you are a distributor or health care professional) any patient identifying information related to this or the names or other detail which identifies or would, with other data, identify patients. We do not wish to collect any such information through this Site.

The Company may use personal information about you for purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise disclosed to you on our Site or with our services. For example, we may use personal information about you for the following purposes:
